خطوات إدخال إقرار الزكاة التقديري دليل المستخدم لخدمة الشهادة الفورية 

شروط تقديم إقرار الزكاة التقديري: 

يجب أن تكون المنشأة مسجلة لدى الهيئة العامة للزكاة والدخل ولديها اسم مستخدم للدخول على الخدمات الإلكترونية في بوابة الهيئة. 

أن تكون طريقة المحاسبة للمنشأة (زكاة تقديري) وهو خاص بمكلفي الزكاة السعوديين والخليجيين المقيمين اللذين ليس لديهم حسابات نظامية (قوائم مالية). 

خطوات تعبئة وتقديم إقرار الزكاة التقديري: 

قم بالدخول على خدمات المنشآت الإلكترونية في بوابة الهيئة من خلال الموقع الالكتروني 

قم بالضغط على صندوق الإقرارات وسيتم الانتقال التلقائي إلى صفحة الإقرارات 

سيقوم النظام بفتح شاشة منبثقة للاطلاع على الشروط والأحكام. 

عند موافقتك على الشروط والأحكام سيتم فتح تفاصيل إقرار الزكاة التقديري تلقائيا. 

قم بالضغط على الإقرار المراد تقديمه وسيقوم النظام بفتح الإقرار للمكلف 

بالخطوات التالية: 

الخطوة الأولى معلومات أساسية: 

قم بمراجعة بيانات التسجيل والمصادقة على صحتها، من خلال السؤال الموجود أدنى الصفحة (هل بيانات التسجيل أعلاه صحيحة؟.) وفي حال كانت المعلومات غير صحيحة يتم اختيار الجواب لا 

سيتم عرض شاشة منبثقة تطلب منك تعديل بيانات التسجيل من خلال الضغط على الرابط ليتم فتح شاشة تعديل بيانات التسجيل بشكل تلقائي: 

 أما في حالة الإجابة نعم يتم الانتقال للخطوة الثانية تلقائيا. 

الخطوة الثانية البيانات المالية: 

يتم عرض جميع الأنشطة الرئيسية الخاصة بالمنشأة والمصرح عنها وقت التسجيل لدى الهيئة العامة للزكاة والدخل وهي كما يلي: 

1-الأجرة 

جميع الحقول التي عليها رمز النجمة * هي حقول إلزامية، وبالتالي يجب تعبئتها قبل الانتقال إلى الخطوة التالية.

كما يمكنك الضغط على رمز الموجود بجانب بعض الحقول لتوضيح المقصود بالحقل المطلوب تعبئته. 

بعد انتهائك من تعبئة الحقول، يقوم النظام آليا بالتحقق من صلاحية المدخلات وفي حال الخطأ سيتم إظهار الخطأ باللون الأحمر :

بعد الانتهاء من تعبئة البيانات المالية يمكنك مراجعة كافة المدخلات قبل تقديم الإقرار حيث يقوم النظام بعرض كافة الأنشطة في شاشة واحده ويمكنك تعديل المدخلات من خلال الضغط على كلمة تعديل. 

بعد أن تقوم بمراجعة المدخلات و الضغط على –تقديم– ستظهر لك رسالة بها زر موافق: 

بعد الضغط على زر – موافق– سيتم احتساب الوعاء الزكوي . 

 الخطوة الثالثة إحتساب الوعاء الزكوي: 

بعدها سيظهر لك (ملخص احتساب الزكاة لجميع الأنشطة وتفصيل لكل نشاط) 

– في حال سداد مبلغ الفاتورة، يمكنك الحصول على الشهادة آليا. 

– في حال سداد جزء من مبلغ الفاتورة، فإنه يتوجب عليك تقديم اعتراض على المبلغ المتبقي (المبلغ الغير مسدد من الفاتورة). 

بإمكانك الاطلاع على تفاصيل الفروقات بين الاحتساب وفق بيانات الإقرار والمعالجة الآلية من خلال الضغط على – تفاصيل احتساب الوعاء 

 الخطوة الرابعة تسليم :

تعرض هذه الخطوة لك رقم فاتورة السداد ومبلغ الزكاة 

– في حال سداد مبلغ الفاتورة، يمكنك الحصول على الشهادة آليا. 

– في حال سداد جزء من مبلغ الفاتورة، فإنه يتوجب عليك تقديم اعتراض على المبلغ المتبقي 

(المبلغ الغير مسدد من الفاتورة) من خلال الضغط على رابط الاعتراض. 

 في حال سداد مبلغ الفاتورة، يمكنك الحصول على الشهادة آليا وسيصلك اشعار عبر الرسائل 

القصيرة والبريد الإلكتروني ويمكنك الاطلاع على الشهادة من خلال صندوق المراسلات. 

 يوجد طريقتين خاصة بتعبئة الجداول الموجودة في الإقرار على النحو التالي: 

أ. التعبئة اليدوية المباشرة من خلال إدخال البيانات في الجدول والضغط على زر “حفظ” 

ب. تحميل النموذج الخاص بالجدول على هيئة أكسل شيت Excel وتعبئته ثم رفعه من جديد على النظام 

قم بالضغط على زر تحميل النموذج  

قم بتعبئة ملف أكسل وحفظه ومن ثم رفعه على الجدول.  

سيقوم النظام برفع البيانات آليا إلى الجدول بالإقرار
